From tasty breakfast spots to CHamoru food buffets, we have a roundup of delicious places to add to your #weektoweekendguam food bucket list.

Places to Add to your Guam Food Bucket List

BREKKIE: Pastries at MainStreet Delicatessen & Bakery

At MainStreet, you’ll find nothing short of local bites and baked goods. The storefront has a San Fran flair, and our favorite Chamorro cinnamon-sugar donuts have coined the term “crack” donuts; they’re that addictive. They’re a fave when it comes to early morning potlucks.

Trust us when we say that the line is worth it!

DATE NIGHT: Tapas and Good Wine at Bistro El Kamino

This is one of our favorite date night spots. With tons of shareable tapas and a selection of international wines, this cozy bistro feels like you’re somewhere in Europe. The fun part is that you can pull pre-made items from the fridge, and the chef can prepare them to be served fresh.

You can never go wrong with some chesa (appetizer). Get a plate for the fam filled with shareable finger foods, including chicken kelaguen, tinala’ katne, and a steaming clambake accompanied by two types of titiyas. While in Guam, indulging in local BBQ is a must. Don’t hold back and go all out with Meskla’s Award-winning BBQ chicken and juicy short ribs.
